Avaak offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for Vue Personal Video Networks and the associated VueZone service (jointly referred to as "Vue system") when purchased directly from Avaak. Only initial activations of a Vue system are eligible for this offer. Service renewals, Vue system payment plan changes, and hardware replacements and upgrades are not eligible for this offer. You may return merchandise purchased directly from VueZone.com (Avaak's consumer web site) for any reason for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. For details about how to return your Vue system, please see Avaak's Returns Process.

Returned Vue systems must include all original components, literature, warranties and packaging in the same saleable condition in which it was received. Refunds for returns will cover product amount and any sales taxes charged. Refunds will not be made for any shipping and handling charges. Returns not meeting these requirements may be subject to a restocking fee equaling 15% of the retail value of the Vue system (not including taxes). Damaged merchandise, cosmetically or otherwise, is subject to an increased restocking fee on a case-by-case basis. Refunds for returns will cover product amount and any sales taxes charged. Refunds will not be made for any shipping and handling charges. If an order has shipped, it is the purchaser's responsibility to accept the shipment and return the order per our return policy. Orders that are refused at the designated shipping address may incur a 15% restocking fee.

Vue systems purchased from an Avaak authorized reseller or other 3rd party are subject to the returns policy of that retailer.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If you are not satisfied with your Vue personal video network (the "Product") and you purchased directly from Avaak, you may return the Product after obtaining a Return Material Authorization ("RMA") during the 30 day period following your receipt of shipment. If the item is returned in accordance with our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee we will refund the purchase price paid. The refund will be made by crediting the account used to make the original purchase.

If you purchased the Product from an authorized retailer or other 3rd party, you must return the product to that retailer under their return policies.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Product while in transit to Avaak.

The RMA number must be included with the returned Product. The Product must be received by Avaak within 14 days after issuance of the RA. If you return Product to Avaak (a) without a RMA from Avaak, (b) beyond the 14 day RMA issuance period, or (c) without proper packaging, Avaak retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a restocking fee. The time to credit your account may vary, depending on processing time. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for Avaak to credit the account used to make the original purchase.
